I’m on a lifelong journey of feeding my creative soul, continually exploring new ways to bring colour, texture, and meaning into the world.

It helps me to better understand it. My creative practice is intuitive and ever-evolving, shaped by my experiences, emotions, and reflections on the world around me. Through experimenting with different materials, techniques, and forms of expression, I find space to explore, process, and translate what I see and feel into something tangible.

Nature is a constant source of inspiration, from the soft tones of the dunes to the warmth, colors, and effortless rhythm of the Mediterranean. I’m drawn to the contrasts between softness and boldness, stillness and movement, and the subtle details that often go unnoticed. My work reflects my ongoing journey of discovery, finding beauty in the everyday, embracing change, and allowing creativity to grow alongside me.

Some things I do

Creative support

I love a good brainstorm, collaborating on meaningful projects, and creating space for soulful work and genuine connection. Through creative coaching and mentoring, I support others in exploring new perspectives.

Unlocking their creative potential, and finding clarity in creative challenges. I enjoy diving deep into ideas, tuning into the heart of a project or business, and helping people discover new possibilities that align with their vision, values, and purpose.

My art practice

Inspired by the colours of the universe, my work is bold, colourful, and ever-evolving. Guided by intuition, emotion, and the energy around me, I use creativity as a way to express, explore, and reconnect with myself and the world.

Through an intuitive mix of writing, tufting, drawing, and mixed-media experimentation. I give shape to feelings, thoughts, and ideas that sometimes go beyond words.

My work is fuelled by a love for pink and bright colours, the magic of sunsets, and the beauty, energy, and contrasts of the world around me.

Creating is both my way of making sense of what I feel and a space where I can transform emotions and energy into something tangible, playful, and uniquely my own.

Facilitator

I strongly believe in the power of peer support and in sharing experiences, knowledge, and strategies to support coping, recovery, and wellbeing. My own experience with peer support has given me hope, meaning, and strength.

I am still constantly shaping my growth and development as a peer support professional, which I do now on a voluntary basis.

As a co-facilitator, I support a range of recovery-oriented workshops, creating space for people to share experiences, learn from one another, and discover new perspectives and possibilities for recovery and personal growth.

Some things I did

Before reconnecting with my artistic practice, I worked as a study advisor, career coach, supporting people in finding their direction, exploring possibilities, and navigating personal and professional challenges. I also worked as an interior stylist and in youth healthcare.

Due to health issues, including sensory overload plus a change in my daily energy, as a result of covid and neurological challenges, I had to leave conventional working life as I knew it. Facing these physical limits alongside my mental health journey, I am now focusing on what I can do: breaking stigma’s and helping others who have experienced the same.

This journey has taught me to approach life differently, to honour my own limits, and to keep discovering new ways to grow. And to contribute, find meaning and fulfillment.

Today, I continue to develop as a creative and consultant, and as a peer support facilitator, drawing on both my professional background and lived experience.

I bring creativity into this work wherever I can, through workshops, storytelling, and collaborative experiences. My path continues to evolve, shaped by curiosity, resilience, and the belief that personal growth and meaningful contribution can take many forms, even when life takes an unexpected turn.
